"Customer service was alright in the end"
I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back from customer service, which was frustrating at first. But once they finally got to my issue, they did fix my order and made things right. I wouldn’t say it was a perfect experience, but I was relieved it worked out in the end.

"Showed up faster than I thought"
I ordered a couple of things from c21stores.com the shipping was quicker than I expected. The tracking updated without any weird gaps, and everything arrived in good shape. Smooth overall... no complaints from me.

"Checkout was easy, whenever I actually did it"
The site was smooth to use, and checkout was simple. I can’t remember if I placed the order earlier in the week or just the other day, but either way, I didn’t run into any issues getting through it.

"Easy return, even if I still feel torn"
I ordered the wrong size from c21stores.com and expected the return to be a headache, but it was way smoother than I thought. I’ve been loyal to another store for years, so I was kind of comparing everything in my head the whole time, but C21 handled it really well. I sent the item back, got updates along the way, and my refund came through faster than expected. No drama at all, which definitely makes me more likely to shop here again...

There are so many good options to choose from that I kind of regret not looking here earlier. It made picking something easy.

"Way better than I expected"
I ordered a jacket and a pair of shoes, and they both looked even better in person. The material feels really solid, the sizing was spot on, and for the price it’s kind of ridiculous how good they are. I’m happy with everything.
